Your questions, answered
Do you speak English?
Yes, genuinely — English-speaking staff answer and meet you at your car. No Google Translate, no guesswork. We speak Dutch and French too.
Do you tow?
No. We’re a mobile tyre and battery service: we fix or replace on the spot so you drive away. If it’s beyond tyres, we point you to 112 or your insurer — we don’t tow.
Why only pairs of tyres?
Fitting one new tyre beside a worn one unbalances the axle — unsafe under braking and in the wet. So we supply in pairs (2, 4 or 6).
Are you operating everywhere yet?
Not yet — the network is rolling out across Belgium city by city. We won’t pretend to cover a place we can’t reach. Leave your details and we’ll tell you honestly what we can arrange.
How much will it cost?
You get a clear quote before any work, confirmed before we set off. We don’t publish invented headline prices; the cost depends on your vehicle, tyre size and the job.
My hire car has no spare. Can you still help?
Yes. Most hire cars carry only a sealant kit. We bring the correct tyre and fit it where you are.
Can I get a VAT invoice for insurance?
Yes — ask and we’ll provide a VAT invoice for your insurance or hire-car claim. Pay by card on site.
Where do you operate?
Brussels, Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp, Leuven and the coast at Ostend as coverage opens. We won’t promise cities we can’t reach.
